Paul and I met while working at Universal Orlando. Since then, we’ve remained friends and professional colleagues as we each moved on to other roles. Coincidentally, Paul grew up just outside Pittsburgh, across the Ohio River from where I grew up in Ohio.

BIO: Paul Meena is an accomplished production and operations executive with extensive experience across live entertainment, themed attractions, television, and large-scale event production. He has held senior leadership roles with organizations including Universal Parks & Resorts, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and FX Design Group, managing multidisciplinary teams, complex budgets, and high-profile productions.

Throughout his career, Paul has overseen Broadway tours, television productions, corporate events, theme park development, and international projects, including key leadership roles supporting the creation of Universal Beijing Resort. His expertise spans production management, strategic and operational planning, facility and venue operations, business development, and contract negotiation.

Recognized for his steady leadership, strong ethical foundation, and ability to align creative vision with operational execution, Paul is known for building high-performing teams and delivering results in demanding, fast-paced environments.
